5 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed
2 cups cooked, cubed ham
1 cup fresh broccoli florets, cut very, very fine 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (10 ounce) can fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
21⁄2 soup cans milk

480 ml 240 ml 280 g 280 g 396 g 600 ml

  • Place potatoes, ham and broccoli in sprayed slow cooker.
  • In saucepan, combine soups and milk. Heat just enough to mix until smooth. Stir into ingredients already in slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
  • When serving, sprinkle a little paprika over each serving.

Serves 6 to 8.
